My professional career path over the last 16 years has allowed me to hold positions as a marketing manager, executive manager, senior graphic designer, and art director. A distribution and wholesale company spanning over three decades in the automotive components industry. The company was on a downward trajectory with significant losses in sales.
A deep dive and analysis were conducted into the business unit, and the outcome had nothing to do with the products, pricing, or delivery, but the business unit name was formed as a line extension.
Based on the results, the only solution was a complete rebrand from the ground up.
